Refund and Return Policy
General Terms
All merchandise is invoiced at the price effective on the date of shipment. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, market shifts, or other external factors. By placing an order with Jzarr Prime, you agree to the policies and procedures outlined below.
Returns Policy
Manufacturer Defects Only
Returns are accepted only for products with verified manufacturer defects. Any such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
Pre-Authorization Required
All return requests must receive prior written approval from Jzarr Prime. Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their own expense.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, products must remain in their original sealed packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Approved returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Restocking Fees
20% restocking fee applies to general merchandise.
30% restocking fee applies to groceries, perishables, and temperature-sensitive products.
Restocking fees are deducted from store credit and are non-negotiable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including freight and insurance, when returning items. Prepaid return labels are not provided.
Store Credit Only
Approved returns are processed as store credit for future purchases. No cash, card, or bank refunds will be issued.
Final Sale Items
Discounted, clearance, short-dated, or custom-sourced products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your order before checkout.
E-Commerce Platform Sales
Products sold through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other third-party platforms are not eligible for return due to relabeling, repackaging, or storage conditions that void warranties. Buyers are fully responsible for compliance with e-commerce policies.
Exchange Policy
Timeframe
Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours of delivery, subject to product availability and written approval.
Shipping Costs
All costs for returning the original product and shipping the replacement are the customer’s responsibility. Exchange items must meet the same condition and restocking requirements as standard returns.
Freight Shortage or Damage
Inspection at Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods at delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or tampering must be noted on the freight bill and confirmed by the delivery driver.
Reporting Window
All claims for damaged or missing shipments must be reported to Jzarr Prime within 48 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be honored.
Carrier Responsibility
Once goods leave our warehouse, liability transfers to the carrier. In the event of loss, damage, or theft, customers must file claims directly with the carrier. Jzarr Prime will provide necessary documents such as invoices, tracking details, or packing slips to assist.
Payments
We accept bank transfers, ACH, credit cards, and debit cards. Orders are processed only after full payment is cleared. Partial or pending payments may delay or cancel shipments.
Payment terms may vary based on order value, purchase frequency, account history, and credit review. Custom terms may be offered to established customers upon approval.
