These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.jzarrprime.com, our products, and our services. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order with Jzarr Prime, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Jzarr Prime serves business clients only.

  • By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you are a business entity or an authorized representative, and that all products purchased are intended for resale or business use.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Jzarr Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false details or violate company policies.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Each brand featured on our platform may require specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).

  • Orders that do not meet the required MOQ will not be processed.

4. Product Listings & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions or supplier updates.

  • All prices exclude taxes, shipping, and duties.

  • Orders are invoiced at the pricing effective at the time of shipment.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders ship F.O.B. (Free On Board) from our New Jersey warehouses.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, LTL, FTL, or specialized freight carriers.

  • A fuel surcharge may apply and is subject to carrier adjustments.

  • Jzarr Prime is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

  • Direct shipping to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and other 3PL services is available upon request.

6. Freight Claims

  • Customers must inspect shipments at delivery in the presence of the driver.

  • Any shortages, damages, or tampering must be noted on the delivery receipt.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all documentation.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only – no cash refunds.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours, subject to availability and approval.

  • Restocking fees: 20% for general goods, 30% for grocery/consumables.

  • Final Sale: discounted, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Once confirmed and paid, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Orders placed directly with manufacturers or suppliers are non-refundable unless authorized by Jzarr Prime.

9. Brand Authorization & Amazon Ungating

  • Jzarr Prime is not an authorized reseller of all brands.

  • We may provide supporting documents for Amazon ungating upon request but do not guarantee approval.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify brand eligibility before purchase.

10. Resale on Marketplaces

  • Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased items are allowed for resale on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.

  • Jzarr Prime is not liable for account suspension, listing removals, or policy-related issues.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, product descriptions, logos, and images, is the property of Jzarr Prime or its licensors.

  • No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Jzarr Prime shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, product restrictions, or lost sales opportunities.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of goods purchased.

13. Privacy & Data Use

  • Jzarr Prime values your privacy.

  • Information provided is stored securely and only used for order fulfillment, communication, or compliance.

  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

15. Policy Updates

  • Jzarr Prime reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Updates take effect immediately once posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised Terms.
